At Keebio, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your custom keyboard components and kits. If your items are in original, unassembled condition, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and have not been soldered or modified, as assembled DIY kits are ineligible for return.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the components in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
